My name is Sandra and I teach Sivanada yoga. My classes are suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners through to the more advanced and classes. Classes are adapted to suit individual needs. I also offer an array of treatments and we offer sound healing with planet gongs and Tibetan/crystal bowls in my studio and in larger premises throughout the year. In addition I am able to offer one to one yoga sessions tailored to your specific needs. The benefits of yoga are widely publicized, including:

At Cosy Corner we have our own studio offering a quiet, intimate, cosy setting for total relaxation and concentration on achieving the benefits of yoga practice for the entire body and mind. We also have underfloor heating, tranquil yoga music and mood lighting to enhance the moment.
You just need to bring yourself in some comfortable clothing - you don't need to worry about bringing anything else - we have the equipment and props - yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, belts and eye pillows are all provided.
