Power yoga is considered to be one of the best ways of letting go of weight. (we don't like the term weight loss as it sounds negative!) It is medically safe and has no side effects. Combined with normal Hatha yoga we add in power yoga poses in our sessions followed by relaxation and self-compassion meditation. We also incorporate advice on creating healthy eating tips making them habit-forming in our daily lives. Following the class, as the summer is fast approaching, there is an optional forest walk to get the metabolism moving and gaining the "feel-good" factor.
